RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
Exchanges
We offer one (1) free exchange per order for all Australian customers.
International customers may exchange items for a subsidised fee of $25 AUD, which covers return shipping and handling.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selections.
However, we offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for an exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item for:

An exchange, or

Store credit (Gift Card)
All change-of-mind returns must meet our Return Conditions. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
We do not provide monetary refunds for change-of-mind or size-related returns.
Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received at our facility.
Final Sale Items
Items marked down 40% or more from their original price are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unwashed

Be in original packaging with tags attached

Be free from perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder

Be free from makeup, fake tan, glitter, and pet hair
Please ensure your return is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Exchanges Process
If an item is not the right size or does not suit you, you may request an exchange for a different size or product.

Exchange items are dispatched once your return is received and approved.

We cannot hold items for exchange. We recommend returning items promptly.

If your requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be issued store credit.

Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanged items.
Store Credit (Gift Cards)

Store credit is issued once returned items are received and approved.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to arrive and be processed.

Store credit is issued as a Gift Card and emailed to the original email address used for the order.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

Any discount codes used on the original order are excluded from the store credit value.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled due to our fast processing times.
Faulty or Incorrect Items (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

LRGR Than Life Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
